Domino’s Gabrielle Savoie talked to Shanty Wijaya of Allprace about a truly dramatic renovation project in LA’s Jefferson Park. The developer purchased the previously run-down bungalow for $675K and just six months later listed it, beautifully restored, for $1.3M.

Shanty describes the ins and outs of a project this fast and total, from converting a garage into living space to adding cabinetry and details in sync with the Craftsman character of houses in the neighborhood.
